A Trusted and Reliable Immigration and Visa Agency in Dubai for China

At Amal Migration, we pride ourselves on being the bridge between Dubai vibrant trade industry and China’s global manufacturing hubs. As of April 2026, the process for entering China has been modernized with digital portals, yet it remains one of the most document-intensive systems in the world.

Whether you are traveling for a factory visit, a long-term career, or a holiday, here is our expert guide to China’s 2026 visa protocols.

1. China Business Visa (M Visa)

This is the most common route for our clients in Sialkot and Dubai. The M Visa is strictly for “Commercial and Trade” activities.

  • The Invitation Letter (Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit): This is the heart of your application. It must come from your Chinese business partner and include their official company seal and a signature.

  • First-Time Applicants: If you are applying for the first time from Pakistan, you must attend an in-person interview and provide a Police Character Certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

  • Multi-Entry Options: Depending on your business history, we can assist in securing 6-month or 1-year multiple-entry visas, provided your passport has at least 12 months of validity.

2. China Work Visa (Z Visa)

The Z Visa is the only legal way to be employed in China. It is a “high-contrast” process that requires two main stages:

  • Step 1: Foreigner’s Work Permit (FWP): Your Chinese employer must apply for this online before you leave. They will send you a Work Permit Notification letter.

  • Step 2: The Residence Permit: The Z Visa itself is usually valid for only 30 days. Within those 30 days of landing in China, you must visit the local Public Security Bureau (PSB) to convert it into a Residence Permit, which acts as your long-term work and stay authorization.

  • Dependents: Spouses and children can apply for an S1 (Long-term) or S2 (Short-term) visa to join you.

3. China Visit/Tourist Visa (L Visa)

For those looking to explore the Great Wall or the skyscrapers of Shanghai:

  1. The Itinerary: You must provide a “cinematic” day-by-day travel plan, including confirmed hotel bookings for every night and round-trip flight tickets.

  2. Financial Proof: A bank statement for the last 6 months is required. The general benchmark for 2026 is approximately $100 USD per day of stay to ensure you have sufficient funds.

  3. Group Travel: If traveling in a group of 5 or more, certain simplified “Group Visa” options may be available through authorized agencies.

At Amal Migration, we don’t just “submit” files; we audit them with professional precision:

  • Invitation Verification: We verify your Chinese invitation letters to ensure they meet the latest 2026 consulate standards.

  • Interview Prep: For first-time travelers, we provide a mock interview to ensure you can clearly articulate your business or travel goals.

  • Document Translation: Professional translation of trade licenses and certificates required for business and work permits.
